Best TV Reporter Touches All the Bases

Matthew Rist, winner of the 2014 Best Reporter for Television in the Charles E. Green contest, is a utility infielder who brought home top honors for his KOSA-TV (Odessa) newsroom this year.  The Foundation contest judge noted that Matt’s skills were those that you would expect from a reporter at a top 40 station, instead of one practicing his craft in the Permian Basin of Texas.
