A tip led KRGV-TV to investigate an apparent attack behind bars at the Donna, Texas municipal jail. Reporters started asking questions, and video mysteriously showed up at the TV station. Reporters tracked down the teen who was pepper-sprayed by a police officer. Within hours of the investigation, “Attacked Behind Bars,” the officer was arrested and charged. Within days of the investigation, he was fired from the force.
